cPanel extension installations will be accommodated if they do not compromise the security, stability, or performance of other users on the server.
c. Emergency Support
We do not provide emergency support through phone or live chat. Support requests may take a few hours to process. For critical issues, contact us via our ticketing system.
d. Webmaster Assistance
We do not provide support for webmaster-related activities such as coding, installations, or troubleshooting. Assistance is limited to server configuration or library-related issues that fall within our purview.
e. Backups
While we maintain regular backups, we are not responsible for any data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
We strictly prohibit the following content and activities:
